Referral Fee T&C’s

This offer is made by Hyecorp Property Group on the Terms and Conditions set out below:

1. To become a member of The Hyecorp Buyers Club:

1. natural person who has registered with Hyecorp Property Group or a supplier/affiliate of Hyecorp Property Group, being an existing member at the start of the Promotion Period. A Referrer may be a person who is known to Hyecorp Property Group (proof is to be provided).
2. a new purchaser (being either a natural person or a company) introduced by the Referrer to Hyecorp, who enters into their first Contract to purchase a residential property at one of the following participating Developments (Referred Friend):
   
   1. Audrey (NSW)
   2. Juliet (NSW);

2. This Offer:

1. starts on: 4:00pm AEST on 7th June 2020, where a Referred Friend or Family is (at that date) residing inside Australia.
2. ends at 5:00pm AEST on Monday 30 December 2025 (unless that date is extended), (Promotion Period).

3. These Terms and Conditions:

1. applies in addition to, and unless specifically stated otherwise, must be read with, the terms and conditions of the Buyer Club promotion
2. continue to apply after the end of the Promotion Period, to each Referred Friend and the Referrer who referred that Referred Friend during the Promotion Period, so that those Referrers and Referred Friends & Family are entitled to receive their rewards where their Eligible Contracts settle after the end of the Promotion Period.

4. Under this Buyer Club Offer and subject to clause

1. Referrer is entitled to receive a referral reward of $5,000 (Friend Referral Reward) if the following have been satisfied:
   
   1. the Referrer has submitted a valid ’Refer a Friend’ introduction email to sales@hyecorp.com.au and filled in the form on hyecorp.com.au/refer a friend during the Promotion Period and before their Referred Friend has entered into an Eligible Contract.
   2. the Referrer’s Referred Friend is not already known to Hyecorp Property Group as a potential purchaser, including by being previously introduced or referred to Hyecorp Property Group or appearing on a Hyecorp Property Group sales database. This will be confirmed by Senior Management of Hyecorp.
   3. Hyecorp has acknowledged receipt of the email before their Referred Friend has entered into an Eligible Contract;
   4. the Referred Friend has entered into their first Eligible Contract for an Eligible Property during the promotion period.
   5. if applicable, the Referrer has satisfied all Purchaser Conditions in their Eligible Contract;
   6. the Referrer (if applicable) and the Referred Friend have not defaulted on exchange of their Eligible Contracts on their required exchange dates; and
   7. the Referrer has otherwise complied with the Terms and Conditions;

5. Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions:

1. the Friend Referral Reward will be paid to the Referrer within 10 business days of the later of the date of exchange of the Eligible Contract entered into by the Referred Friend and (if applicable) the Eligible Contract entered into by the Referrer or credit towards Live your Way Service and
2. the Purchase Reward will be paid to the Referred Friend on the later of:
   
   1. the date of exchange of the Eligible Contract entered into by the Referred Friend; and
   2. if applicable, 10 business days after the date of exchange of the Eligible Contract entered into by the Referrer,
      and if clause 6(b)(i) applies, then for convenience, the Purchase Reward may be paid by way of an adjustment on settlement of the Referred Friend’s Eligible Contract.

6. Hyecorp Property Group reserves the right to cancel or extend The Club by Hyecorp.

7. The Buyers Club offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any other Hyecorp Property Group offer such as discounts.

8. The Buyers Club Offer cannot be claimed as (and do not constitute) a discount or rebate on, or reduction of, the purchase price under an Eligible Contract unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. The price and availability of any Eligible Property is subject to change without notice. Hyecorp Property Group reserves the right to withdraw from sale any Eligible Property or participating Development at any time.

10. All parties must rely on their own enquiries and the terms of their Eligible Contract.

11. This Buyers Club offer is not an offer of finance. Hyecorp Property Group takes no responsibility and is not liable for an Eligible Purchaser’s stamp duty, strata levies or other tax liabilities or government charges.

12. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the decision of any member of Hyecorp Property Group is final.

13. In these Terms and Conditions, “Hyecorp Property Group” means HPG Pty Ltd and where relevant includes all related entities, including the vendor for each Eligible Property.

14. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the jurisdiction where the relevant Eligible Property is located.
