Milestones:

• All scaffolding has now been removed.
• We will be commencing all the external footpath and kerb and gutter works on Mowbray Road and Mindarie Street.
• Landscaping has now commenced along the ground floor and will be completed in 2 months’ time.
• Commencement of the rooftop garden and common area fitout.
• Lodgement of the strata plan expected this month.
• Section 73 certificate expected to be issued this month.
• Internal fit out continuing and moving into defect checks and commissioning.
• Tower crane was removed.

Works planned on site for the next quarter of 2022:

• Complete fit out works.
• Complete all ground floor and rooftop landscaping.
• Completion of all civil works footpath and kerb and gutters.
• Strata plan registered.
• Prepare for occupational certificate.
