We wish to advise that building work continues to progress well.
Please see the construction update below:
Milestones:
- Bulk & detailed earthworks complete.
- Shoring complete.
- Cranes 01 & 02 erected.
- Concrete tower boom erected.
- All pad footings & lift pits poured.
- Inground services complete.
- OSD tank slab and walls poured.
- OSD pump out pit and sewer tank installed.
- 100% of podium levels poured.
- Building C – structure complete, rough-in complete and commencement of wall sheeting.
- Building B – structure complete, rough-in complete and commencement of wall sheeting.
- Building D – structure complete & stripping of levels commenced for fitout.
- Lifts delivered for all buildings and installed to buildings C & B.
- Building F (Club Willoughby) ground floor slab poured and b-class hoarding installed along penshurst street to facilitate the completion of structure. Further progress has been made with the engagement of club services contractors whilst in the final stages of engagement for both joinery and food & beverage contractors.
Works planned on site for the third quarter of 2024:
- Basement 02 & 03 – blockwork wall construction complete.
- Basement 03 – high-level services rough-ins complete.
- Basement 02 – high-level services rough-ins complete.
- Basement soffits & columns painting complete.
- Basement soffit insulation complete.
- Building C – internal wall sheeting, windows, waterproofing, tiling and joinery installation complete, scaffold dismantle
commenced. - Building B – internal wall sheeting, windows, waterproofing, tiling and joinery installation complete.
- Building D – above ceiling services rough-ins, internal and external wall framing, waterproofing, and window prep complete.
- Building A – structure complete, above ceiling services rough-ins, internal and external wall framing, waterproofing, and window prep to commence up to Level 4.
- Building E – structure complete, above ceiling services rough-ins, internal and external wall framing, waterproofing, and window prep to commence up to Level 2.
- Building F (Club Willougby) – structure complete, above ceiling services rough-ins, internal and external wall framing,
waterproofing, and window prep to commence up to Level 2. - Façade & scaffold stripping to buildings C & B.
