Milestones

• Partial completion of the podium common areas.
• All the projects landscaping has now been completed including all street trees.
• Construction of the new cul-de-sac and road leading into the development is almost complete.
• Target for occupational certification will be obtained by December 2021.
• Strata registration was obtained.

Works planned to finalise Elena:

• Fit out of the amenities.
• Completion of the footpath, kerb and gutters.
• Final detail work to apartments.
