Works completed from previous quarter
(October – December 2024):
- Completion of blockwork in the basement.
- Overhead services installation in basements 4, 3, 2 & 1 complete.
- Formwork, Reo, PT and Pour: (L3-L9)
- Delivery of Lifts to Site.
- Man, and Material Hoist installed.
- Stripping of levels Ground Floor, Lower Ground Floor: (L1-L5)
- Prepare wet areas for the commencement of waterproofing Ground and Upper Ground Floor – Level 1.
- Commencement of internal framing (L1-L2)
- Commencement of external framing and Installation of window and door sub jambs, subheads and sub sills. (L1)
