We wish to advise that building work continues to progress
well. Please see the construction update below:
Milestones:
- Bulk and detail excavation complete.
- Shoring and anchors complete.
- Tower crane erected.
- In-ground services complete.
- All pad footings and lifts poured.
- Basement pump-out tank poured and pump installed.
- Slab on ground poured.
- Ramp between Basement 4 and Basement 3 poured.
- 100% of Basement Level 3 poured.
- Ramp between Basement 3 and Basement 2 poured.
- 100% of Basement Level 2 poured.
- Ramp between Basement 2 and Basement 1 poured.
- 100% of Basement Level 1 poured.
- Ramp between Basement 1 and Ground floor poured.
- 100% of Ground floor poured.
- 100% of Upper Ground floor poured.
- Perimeter scaffold installation up to and including Level 2.
- Formwork deck to pour 1 Level 1 complete.
- Sewer works complete from site boundary to main sewer.
- Formwork stripping has commenced in Basement 3 and 2.
- Overhead services installation commenced in Basements 3 and 2.
- Undergrounding of overhead powerlines across Canberra Avenue frontage.
- OSD tank and fire tanks to be poured.
Works planned on site for the next quarter of 2024:
- Commencement of blockwork in the Basement.
- Overhead services installation in Basements 4, 3, 2 & 1 complete.
- Formwork, reinforcement, post tensioning and pour to Level 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5.
- Man, and material hoist installed.
- Stripping formwork from levels Ground Floor, Lower Ground Floor, Levels 1, 2, 3 & 4.
- Commencement of external framing and installation of window and door sub jambs, subheads and sub sills. (Ground and Upper Ground floor).
- Prepare wet areas for the commencement of waterproofing Ground and Upper Ground floor.
- Commencement of internal framing Ground and Upper Ground floor.
