Planning & DESIGN
Exceptional apartments start with exceptional planning & design which is undertaken in-house. We design our apartments to maximise liveability, flexibility, sustainability and generous storage for today’s busy lifestyles.
DEVELOPMENT
We look after the relevant regulatory approvals in house ensuring it is a seamless process. We hand select only the best locations close to transport, parks, schools, retail, playgrounds and parklands.
CONSTRUCTION
Hyecorp is also the builder of all of our apartment projects which gives us a competitive advantage in creating exceptional apartments as we control the building quality and can uniquely offer our purchasers an opportunity to customise their apartment through Live Your Way.
MARKETING
Uniquely marketing is done in-house with computer generated images, brochures, websites, plans and advertising completed by the marketing team to ensure the highest level of advertising.
SALES
Hyecorp has an in-house sales team to ensure the highest level of product knowledge so we can guide our purchasers easily through the purchasing process whether they are first home buyers, investors, upgraders or downsizers.
POST-COMPLETION MANAGEMENT
Hyecorp offers a post completion management team so our purchasers are looked after before, during and after settlement and they have moved into their new home.
